Georgia Man Pleads Guilty to Orchestrating Nationwide Tax Fraud Scheme

News Release: WASHINGTON - A Georgia man pleaded guilty today to conspiring to defraud the United States by promoting a nationwide tax fraud scheme to more than 200 participants in at least 19 states. He also pleaded guilty to helping others prepare and file false tax returns for individuals recruited to the scheme.

News Release: Leonard C Boyle, Acting United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, today announced that a federal jury in Hartford has found ONIEL WILKS, 42, a citizen of Jamaica, guilty of narcotics, identity fraud and money laundering offenses. The trial before U.S. District Judge Alvin W. Thompson began on December 13 and the jury returned the verdicts this morning.

Niagara Falls Woman Pleads Guilty To Selling Fentanyl That Led To An Overdose Death

News Release: BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Dallas Porter, 36, of Niagara Falls, NY, pleaded guilty before Senior U.S. District Judge William M.
