Lovellette, 20, was sentenced to 4 years of probation for making a false statement in connection with the acquisition of a firearm. He was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. Lovellette and Nicholas P. Apple had previously been indicted by a federal grand jury on Jan. 10, 2020.
