Armed Drug Trafficker Pleads Guilty

News Release: ROCHESTER, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Willie J. Wofford, 45, of Rochester, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm and ammunition by an unlawful drug user. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, and a fine of $1,000,000 or both.
