News Release: Acting United States Attorney Jan Sharp announced that Luis Galvan-Borbolla, 37, of Mexico, was sentenced in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, on May 17, 2021 by Senior United States District Judge Joseph F. Bataillon for distribution of 500 grams or more of methamphetamine. Galvan-Borbolla received a sentence of 180 months with a five-year term of supervised release to follow. There is no parole in the federal system.
