White Plains Investment Adviser Sentenced To 63 Months In Federal Prison For Embezzlement

News Release: Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that GREGG BRIE, an investment adviser in White Plains, New York, was sentenced yesterday in White Plains federal court to 63 months in prison for fraud in connection with his embezzlement of more than $640,000 from three clients. BRIE had previously pled guilty to one count of wire fraud and was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Cathy Seibel.
