Omaha Man Sentenced for Distribution of Child Pornography

News Release: Acting United States Attorney Jan Sharp announced that Timothy Fox, 35, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced today in federal court for distribution and receipt of child pornography. Chief United States District Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr., sentenced Fox to 128 months’ imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal prison system. After his release from prison, Fox will serve 15 years of supervised release and will be required to register as a sex offender.


Spencer Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charges
