La Crosse Man Sentenced to 5 Years for Trafficking Crack Cocaine

News Release: MADISON, WIS. - Timothy M. O’Shea, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Aubrey L. Marshall, 46, La Crosse, Wisconsin was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge William M. Conley to 5 years in federal prison for possessing with intent to distribute 28 grams or more of crack cocaine. This term of prison will be followed by 6 years of supervised release.
