Mariani, to the charge of conspiracy to distribute more than fifty grams of methamphetamine.


News Release: ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Guy Anthony Garcia, 62, of Albuquerque, was sentenced in federal court today to 10 years in prison for attempted possession with intent to distribute 40 grams and more of fentanyl, attempted possession with intent to distribute 50 grams and more of methamphetamine, and attempted possession with intent to distribute 100 grams and more of heroin. Garcia pleaded guilty on Sept. 1, 2021.
