Richardson County Man Sentenced on Drug Charges

News Release: Acting United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Michael Tinsley, 47, was sentenced on Aug. 11, 2022, in federal court in Lincoln, Nebraska, for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. United States District Judge John M. Gerrard sentenced Tinsley to 184 months’ imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. After his release from prison, Tinsley will begin a 5-year term of supervised release.

News Release: A San Diego man who stabbed his boyfriend 93 times pleaded guilty today to a federal crime, announced U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Chad E. Meacham.


News Release: ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, announced that Meredith Yazzie, 51, of To’hajiilee, New Mexico, was sentenced on July 12 to eight years and four months in prison. Yazzie pleaded guilty on Sept. 13, 2021, to assault in Indian Country resulting in serious bodily injury and assaulting a federal officer.
