News Release: COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - Jesse Dean Seifert, age 33, was sentenced on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022, to 77 months in prison for charges of Possession of an Unregistered Firearm and Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm. This sentence is consecutive to any state prison sentence. Seifert must also serve a three-year term of supervised release after the prison term. There is no parole in the federal system.
