Convicted Felon Indicted For Possessing A Firearm And Ammunition

News Release: Fort Myers, Florida -United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces the return of an indictment charging Cambrel Jamal Smart (28, Fort Lauderdale) with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon. If convicted, Smart faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set. The indictment also notifies Smart that the United States intends to forfeit the firearm and ammunition traceable to the offense.

Buffalo Man Pleads Guilty To Gun Charge

News Release: BUFFALO, NY - U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Jamar Mills, 27, of Buffalo, NY, pleaded guilty before Senior U.S. District Judge William M.
