News Release: Philadelphia, PA - Members of the U.S. Marshals Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force, arrested Marlon Cooper,18, in relation to a shooting which occurred on August 7th, 2021, in the 1200 block of Cover Lane in Chester, PA. A warrant for criminal homicide was issued for Cooper in January 2022. Cooper then became a fugitive, and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Philadelphia adopted the case in early June and began an investigation.
