Toovi, 22, of South Cambridge, Minnesota, was sentenced today to 10 years for possession with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl mixture by United States District Judge John M. Gerrard. Following his release from prison, Toovi will serve five years on supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.

La Crosse Man Sentenced to 90 Months for Trafficking Methamphetamine

Stern, 36, La Crosse, Wisconsin was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge William M. Conley to 90 months in federal prison for possessing with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. This prison term will be followed by 4 years of supervised release. Stern pleaded guilty to this charge on March 3, 2022.
