Lowery appeared for an arraignment hearing on Feb. 25, 2022, before United States Magistrate Judge Kelly H. Rankin and pleaded not guilty to the charges. A trial has been set for April 25, 2022, before Chief United States District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl.
