News Release: CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - Jeffrey Howard, of Houston, Texas, was sentenced today to 87 months of incarceration for his role in methamphetamine, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and heroin drug distribution operation, United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld announced.
