In January 2012, Miguel sexually assaulted the 17-year-old victim at a dance in Sacaton, Arizona. Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 14, 2022, before United States District Court Judge Susan M. Brnovich.

Kennedy, 56, of Wichita, Kansas, was sentenced to 50 months in prison for his role in an extensive bribery and kickback scheme that defrauded Cargill, announced Dena J. In addition to the prison term imposed, Kennedy was ordered to serve a year under court supervision and to pay restitution in the amount of $33.7 million.
