St. Croix Felon Sentenced to 186 Months on Home Invasion and Carjacking Convictions

News Release: St. Croix, VI - United States Attorney Delia L. Smith announced today that Luis Davis, 34, of St. Croix, was sentenced to 186 months of incarceration by District Court Judge Wilma A. Lewis, after being convicted of carjacking, using a firearm during a violent crime and felon in possession of a firearm. Judge Lewis also sentenced Davis to 5 years of supervised release, a fine of $1,000.00, a special assessment of $300.00 and $1,600.00 in restitution.
