What did State Department publish on Dec. 19?

The US State Department published a one page notice on Dec. 19, according to the U.S. Government Publishing Office.

The notice is focused on Determination Pursuant to Section 1(b) of Executive Order 13224 Relating to the Designation of Sajid Mohammed Badat, Also Known as Saajid Badat, Also Known as Muhammed Badat, Also Known as Sajid Muhammad Badat, Also Known as Saajid Mohammad Badet, Also Known as Muhammed Badet, Also Known as Sajid Muhammad Badet, Also Known as Abu Issa al Pakistani, Also Known as Issa, Also Known as Issa Al Britaini, Also Known as Issa Al Pakistani; DOB: 28 March 1979; Alt. The State Department is responsibly for international relations with a budget of more than $50 billion. Tenure at the State Dept. is increasingly tenuous and it's seen as an extension of the President's will, ambitions and flaws.

Notices are required documents detailing rules and regulations being proposed by each federal department. This allows the public to see what issues legislators and federal departments are focusing on.

Any person or organization can comment on the proposed rules. Departments and agencies must then address “significant issues raised in comments and discuss any changes made,” the Federal Register says.
