State Department publishes notice on Nov. 4

The US State Department published a one page notice on Nov. 4, according to the U.S. Government Publishing Office.

The notice is focused on Designation of Jundallah, Also Known as People's Resistance Movement of Iran (PMRI), Also Known as Jonbesh-i Moqavemat-i-Mardom-i Iran, Also Known as Popular Resistance Movement of Iran, Also Known As Soldiers of God, Also Known as Fedayeen-e-Islam, Also Known as Former Jundallah of Iran, Also Known as Jundullah, Also Known as Jondullah, Also Known as Jundollah, Also Known as Jondollah, Also Known as Jondallah, Also Known as Army of God (God's Army), Also Known as the Baloch Peoples Resistance Movement (BPRM), as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist Pursuant to Section 1(b) of Executive Order 13224, as Amended.

The State Department is responsibly for international relations with a budget of more than $50 billion. Tenure at the State Dept. is increasingly tenuous and it's seen as an extension of the President's will, ambitions and flaws.

Notices are required documents detailing rules and regulations being proposed by each federal department. This allows the public to see what issues legislators and federal departments are focusing on.

Any person or organization can comment on the proposed rules. Departments and agencies must then address “significant issues raised in comments and discuss any changes made,” the Federal Register says.
