The US State Department published a one page notice on June 10, according to the U.S. Government Publishing Office.

The notice is focused on In the Matter of the Designation of Yarmouk Martyrs Brigade, aka Katibah Shuhada' al-Yarmouk, aka Liwa' Shuhada' al-Yarmouk, aka Yarmouk Brigade, aka Brigade of the Yarmouk Martyrs, aka Martyrs of Yarmouk, aka Al Yarmuk Brigade, aka Shuhda al-Yarmouk, aka Shohadaa al-Yarmouk Brigade, aka Suhada'a al-Yarmouk Brigade, aka Shuhada al Yarmouk Brigade, aka YMB, aka LSY as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist.

The State Department is responsibly for international relations with a budget of more than $50 billion. Tenure at the State Dept. is increasingly tenuous and it's seen as an extension of the President's will, ambitions and flaws.

Notices are required documents detailing rules and regulations being proposed by each federal department. This allows the public to see what issues legislators and federal departments are focusing on.

Any person or organization can comment on the proposed rules. Departments and agencies must then address “significant issues raised in comments and discuss any changes made,” the Federal Register says.
