A bill to direct the Secretary of the Interior to recalculate the franchise fee owed by Fort Sumter Tours, Inc., a concessioner providing service to Fort Sumpter National Monument in South Carolina, and for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 106-937). Mr. YOUNG of Alaska: Committee on Resources. S. 1936. An act to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to sell or exchange all or part of certain administrative sites and other National Forest System land in the State of Oregon and use the proceeds derived from the sale or exchange for National Forest System purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 106-938). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union.

Mr. SMITH of New Jersey: Committee of Conference. Conference report on H.R. 3244. A bill to combat trafficking on persons, especially into the sex trade, slavery, and slavery-like conditions in the United States and countries around the world through prevention, through prosecution and enforcement against traffickers, and through protection and assistance to victims of trafficking (Rept. 106-939). Ordered to be printed.

Mr. WOLF: Committee of Conference. Conference report on H.R. 4475. A bill making appropriations for the Department of Transportation and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2001, and for other purposes (Rept. 106-940). Ordered to be printed.

Resolution waiving points of order against the conference report to accompany the bill (H.R. 4475) making appropriations for the Department of Transportation and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2001, and for other purposes (Rept. 106-941).
