Impeachment of Judge Samuel B. Kent--Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that the Secretary of the Senate inform the House of Representatives that the Senate is ready to receive the managers appointed by the House for the purpose of exhibiting articles of impeachment against Samuel B. Kent, Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, agreeably to the notice communicated by the Senate, and that at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, Senate will receive the honorable managers on the part of the House of Representatives in order that they may present and exhibit the articles of impeachment against the said Samuel B. Kent, Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
