Res. 88, disapproving the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to the definition of the term ``Fiduciary'', by a yea-and-nay vote of 239 yeas to 180 nays, Roll No. 338 (two-thirds of those present not voting to override), after the previous question was ordered by a recorded vote of 229 ayes to 175 noes with two answering ``present'', Roll No. 337.
