May 16, 2013 sees Congressional Record publish “CONFIRMATION”

Volume 159, No. 69 covering the 1st Session of the 113th Congress (2013 - 2014) was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

“CONFIRMATION” mentioning the U.S. Dept. of Energy was published in the Senate section on pages S3588 on May 16, 2013.
