REVERSING IRAN'S NUCLEAR PROGRAM

Committee on Foreign Relations: Committee concluded a hearing to examine reversing Iran's nuclear program, after receiving testimony from Wendy Sherman, Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs; and James F. Jeffrey, The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, David Albright, Institute for Science and International Security, and Ray Takeyh, Council on Foreign Relations, all of Washington, D.C.

NOMINATIONS

Committee on Foreign Relations: Committee concluded a hearing to examine the nominations of James Walter Brewster, Jr., of Illinois, to be Ambassador to the Dominican Republic, who was introduced by Senator Durbin, Brian A. Nichols, of Rhode Island, to be Ambassador to the Republic of Peru, who was introduced by Senators Reed and Whitehouse, and Carlos Roberto Moreno, of California, to be Ambassador to Belize, all of the Department of State, after the nominees testified and answered questions in their own behalf.
