Bernanke, of New Jersey, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and to be Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; that there be 30 minutes under the control of Senator Bunning, and 60 minutes equally divided between the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs; and that following the use, or yielding back, of time, that the Senate vote on confirmation of the nominations.
