Testimony was heard from David Swayne, Laboratory Director, Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory, Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Services; John Clifford, Deputy Administrator, Veterinary Services, Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service; R. Douglas Meckes, State Veterinarian, North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; and Bill Hartmann, Executive Director, Minnesota Board of Animal Health.
