FALN Terrorist Clemency--Cloture Vote: By a unanimous vote of 93 yeas

(Vote No. 270), three-fifths of those Senators duly chosen and sworn, having voted in the affirmative, Senate agreed to a motion to close further debate on the motion to proceed to the consideration of S.J. Res. 33, deploring the actions of President Clinton regarding granting clemency to the Armed Forces of National Liberation (the FALN) terrorists.
