HUD'S HOME PROGRAM
Committee on Financial Services: Full Committee held a hearing entitled
``Oversight of HUD's HOME Program.'' Testimony was heard from the following Department of Housing and Urban Development officials: Mercedes M. Marquez, Assistant Secretary, Community Planning and Development; and James A. Heist, Assistant Inspector General for Audit, Office of Audit.

Committee on Homeland Security: Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Management held a hearing entitled ``Denying Safe Havens: Homeland Security's Efforts to Counter Threats from Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia.''
