Congressional Record publishes “SENATE BILL REFERRED” on Feb. 21, 2020

Volume 166, No. 35 covering the 2nd Session of the 116th Congress (2019 - 2020) was published by the Congressional Record.

S. 3239. An act to designate the headquarters building of the Department of Transportation located at 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE, in Washington, DC, as the ``William T. Coleman, Jr., Federal Building''; to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
