For the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out section 243 of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 6951 et seq.) relating to the Healthy Food Financing Initiative, as authorized by the amendment made by section 4206 of Public Law 113-79 (128 Stat. 824), there is hereby appropriated, and the aggregate amount otherwise provided by this Act for ``AGRICULTURAL PROGRAMS--Production, Processing, and Marketing--Office of the Secretary'' is hereby reduced, by $13,000,000.
