Joy, Senior Evaluator, all of the General Accounting Office; and James Lyons, Under Secretary for Natural Resources and Environment, and Jack Ward Thomas, Chief, Forest Service, both of the Department of Agriculture.

Special Committee to Investigate the Whitewater Development Corporation and Related Matters: Committee resumed hearings to examine issues relative to the Whitewater Development Corporation, receiving testimony from Beverly Bassett Schaeffer, William Brady, and Charles Handley, all on behalf of the Arkansas Securities Department, Little Rock.
Committee will meet again on Tuesday, January 30.
