Program for Monday: Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of S. 1845, Unemployment Benefits Extension.

At 3 p.m., Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Janet L. Yellen, of California, to be Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, with a vote on confirmation of the nomination at approximately 5:30 p.m.

Following the vote on confirmation of the nomination of Janet L. Yellen, Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to consideration of S. 1845, Unemployment Benefits Extension.
