Karen L. Haas, Clerk of the House, reported that on September 18, 2018, she presented to the President of the United States, for his approval, the following bills:

H.R. 1109. To amend section 203 of the Federal Power Act.

H.R. 5895. Making consolidated appropriation for Energy and Water Development, the Legislative Branch, Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes.

H.R. 589. To establish Department of Energy policy science and energy research and development programs, and reform National Laboratory management and technology transfer programs, and for other purposes.
