MEDICAL ERRORS

Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions: Committee concluded hearings to examine the incidence of medical errors, focusing on the Institute of Medicine report on medical safety, after receiving testimony from Lucian Leape, Harvard University School of Public Health, Boston, Massachusetts; Mary Foley, American Nurses Association, and Carmela Coyle, American Hospital Association, both of Washington, D.C.; Nancy W.
