The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Legislature of the State of Illinois, relative to Senate Joint Resolution No. 7, urging the President of the United States, members of Congress, and the United States Department of Labor to update regulations implementing an executive order prohibiting discrimination by federally-assisted contractors and subcontractors; to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
