Volume 154, No. 9 covering the 2nd Session of the 110th Congress (2007 - 2008) was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

Committee on the Judiciary: Committee concluded a hearing to examine the nominations of Kevin J. O'Connor, of Connecticut, to be Associate Attorney General, who was introduced by Representative Larson, and Gregory G. Katsas, of Massachusetts, to be an Assistant Attorney General, both of the Department of Justice, after the nominees testified and answered questions in their own behalf.
