A bill to authorize appropriations for civilian research, development, demonstration, and commercial application activities of the Department of Energy for fiscal year 1996, and for other purposes, with an amendment; referred to the Committee on Commerce for a period ending not later than September 22, 1995, for consideration of such provisions in the bill and amendment as fall within the jurisdiction of that committee pursuant to clause 1(e), rule X (Rept. 104-236, Pt. 1). Ordered to be printed.
