SUBMITTING CHANGES TO THE BUDGET RESOLUTION AGGREGATES AND

APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE ALLOCATION

Mr. DOMENICI. Mr. President, section 314(b)(3)(B) of the Congressional Budget Act, as amended, requires the chairman of the Senate Budget Committee to adjust the appropriate budgetary aggregates and the allocation for the Appropriations Committee to reflect an amount of budget authority provided that is the dollar equivalent of the special drawing rights with respect to any increase in the maximum amount available to the Secretary of the Treasury pursuant to section 17 of the Bretton Woods Agreements Act, as amended from time to time

(new arrangements to borrow).

Section 500 of Public Law 105-83, an act making appropriations for the Department of the Interior and related agencies, requires the chairman of the Senate Budget Committee to adjust the allocation for the Appropriations Committee for Federal land acquisitions and to finalize priority land exchanges.

I hereby submit revisions to the budget authority, outlays, and deficit aggregates for fiscal year 1998 contained in sec. 101 of House Concurrent Resolution 84 in the following amounts:
