S. Res. 413, recognizing 20 years since the genocide in Rwanda, and affirming it is in the national interest of the United States to work in close coordination with international partners to help prevent and mitigate acts of genocide and mass atrocities.

Friedland and Weil Nominations--Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that all post-cloture time be considered expired and that at 5:30 p.m., on Monday, April 28, 2014, Senate vote, without intervening action or debate, on confirmation of the nomination of Michelle T. Friedland, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit; provided further, that following disposition of the nomination of Michelle T. Friedland, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit, Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of David Weil, of Massachusetts, to be Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor, and that if cloture is invoked, all post-cloture time be yielded back, and Senate vote on confirmation of the nomination of David Weil, of Massachusetts, to be Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor; that no further motions be in order to the nominations.
