This year's theme, Hispanics: One Endless Voice to Enhance our Tradition, invites us to reflect on Hispanic-Americans' shared multicultural heritage and impact.
"As leaders in the community, innovators and entrepreneurs in the workplace, and stewards of a unique and storied culture, we honor Hispanic-Americans' significant contributions to our great nation."
