Gutierrez today released the following statement on the U.S. Supreme Court’s Brand X decision: “Today the Supreme Court has cleared a substantial obstacle to US broadband deployment. American businesses and consumers will continue to enjoy robust broadband growth -- whether over wireless, fiber, copper, or cable platforms. Competition, consumer choice and new broadband technologies will drive growth and our 21st century information economy."
