Written agreement with Millennium Bankshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Millennium Bankshares Corporation, Reston, Virginia, a registered bank holding company that owns and controls Millennium Bank, N.A., Reston, Virginia, a national bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
