Written agreement with Capital Corp of the West

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Capital Corp of the West, Merced, California, a registered bank holding company, its subsidiary bank, County Bank, Merced, California, a state-member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
