Written agreement with Team Financial, Post Bancorp, and Team Financial Acquisition Subsidiary

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Team Financial, Inc., Paola, Kansas, Post Bancorp, Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, Team Financial Acquisition Subsidiary, Inc., Paola, Kansas, all registered bank holding companies, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
