The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the issuance of a Final Decision and Order of Prohibition against Kelly M. Dulaney, a former employee of Fifth Third Bank, Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Order prohibits Ms. Dulaney from participating in the conduct of the affairs of any financial institution or holding company and orders her to make restitution to the Bank in the sum of $203,923 for its loss as a result of Ms. Dulaney's violations of law and unsafe or unsound practices.
