Written agreement with Birthright

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Birthright Incorporated, Montgomery, Alabama, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.
