Written agreement with New Frontier Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between New Frontier Bancorp, Greeley, Colorado, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
