Written agreement with Heritage Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Heritage Bank, Topeka, Kansas, a state member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
