Written agreement with Bay National Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Bay National Corporation, Lutherville, Maryland, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.
